{"id":1386,"date":"2021-05-05T10:31:00","date_gmt":"2021-05-05T09:31:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fincasolle.com\/wordpress\/?p=1386"},"modified":"2023-05-22T12:44:17","modified_gmt":"2023-05-22T12:44:17","slug":"en-que-consisteix-el-coliving","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fincasolle.com\/?p=1386","title":{"rendered":"En qu\u00e8 consisteix el coliving"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El terme <em>coliving<\/em> fa refer\u00e8ncia a la seva traducci\u00f3 literal: \u00abal costat\u00bb (co) \u00abviure\u00bb (living), en el sentit de compartir un habitatge i va comen\u00e7ar a la costa oest dels Estats Units sobre l&#8217;any 2000, a partir d&#8217;una comunitat jove i urbana, com eren els estudiants i els joves treballadors, que no podien permetre viure de manera completament independent, apostant per aquest tipus d&#8217;allotjament que els permet tenir cert confort a un cost redu\u00eft, alhora que poden viure al centre de la ciutat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A <strong>Finques Oll\u00e9<\/strong> t&#8217;expliquem en qu\u00e8 consisteix aquest nou model de vida que s&#8217;est\u00e0 implantant a casa nostra i que atreu cada vegada m\u00e9s als inversors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <em>coliving <\/em>es pot entendre com una extensi\u00f3 del coworking, per\u00f2 adaptat al mercat de l&#8217;habitatge, on es comparteixen experi\u00e8ncies i vida en un model en el qual s&#8217;interactua amb els altres inquilins que formen part d&#8217;aquesta comunitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquesta nova forma de compartir habitatge consisteix a tenir un espai privat, a manera d&#8217;habitaci\u00f3, i compartir els espais comuns com la cuina, el sal\u00f3 o els espais exteriors, de manera que es pot tenir certa privacitat i alhora mantenir una vida social molt m\u00e9s din\u00e0mica en els espais comuns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un dels avantatges principals que ofereix el <em>coliving<\/em> \u00e9s poder accedir a una \u00e0mplia gamma de serveis i d&#8217;activitats dins d&#8217;un edifici amb espais comuns que es poden compartir, a m\u00e9s d&#8217;esdevenir un lloc de trobada entre diferents persones que pot resultar molt benefici\u00f3s i molt enriquidor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un edifici en el qual s&#8217;instaura aquesta manera de vida, ha de comptar amb un espai privat que sigui independent dels espais comuns, que han de ser variats i espaiosos.
