Aquesta decisi\u00f3<strong> no est\u00e0\u00a0lliure de perill ni complicacions<\/strong>,\u00a0at\u00e8s que hauran de tenir una elevada solv\u00e8ncia econ\u00f2mica i comptar amb un solar urbanitzable. L\u00f2gicament, no sempre \u00e9s possible complir tots dos requisits, provocant que, moltes vegades, es desisteixi aquesta opci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>No obstant aix\u00f2, en el cas que posseeixis un terreny i desitgis crear la teva llar, a <strong>Finques\u00a0Oll\u00e9<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>et parlem de formes alternatives d&#8217;aconseguir el teu habitatge.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De la mateixa manera que\u00a0les persones que desitgen comprar una propietat, tenen la possibilitat de sol\u00b7licitar un pr\u00e9stec hipotecari en la seva entitat banc\u00e0ria; els que desitgen edificar-la, tamb\u00e9 compten amb altres opcions. Si t&#8217;ho concedeixen, podr\u00e0s aconseguir fins a un finan\u00e7ament del 100% del pressupost d&#8217;execuci\u00f3, sempre que, no superi el cost de construcci\u00f3, i es limiti al 70% del valor de reposici\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, has de saber que el termini per amortitzar el pr\u00e9stec pot ser: <strong>fins a 40 anys i el per\u00edode de car\u00e8ncia sol estar compr\u00e8s entre els 12 i 24 mesos.<\/strong>\u00a0El principal avantatge que trobem al construir la nostra pr\u00f2pia llar, <strong>\u00e9s la possibilitat de triar les dimensions de cada estada, controlar la qualitat dels materials que utilitzem i poder variar qualsevol aspecte si l&#8217;arquitecte est\u00e0 conforme<\/strong>.
